Suggestion,
Contact <XFRMRS at ROADRUNNER.COM>, Gary Brown. He indeed does transformer
rewinding.
This is most likely the best path to go.
Were you to locate "another" O-12 transformer, the probability is fairly
high that it would fail in short order due to age. The other
possibility is that any you would locate is either bad or in very poor
shape.
