[Heathkit] Wanted HD-1515

I am seeking one of these phone patches to use on the USAF MARS phone 
patch net.
I would like to have both unit and manual.
I have plenty of the non transistorized heathkit patches but I recently 
discovered this model.
I had never seen one of these.
It does not have to be functional or even complete however I would 
expect the sale price to be reflected
by the condition.
