[Heathkit] DX100 Knob, Etc.

I'm in the process of restoring a DX100.  It is complete and in good condition except it's missing the original BAND Switch knob.  Does anyone have an extra they would be willing to part with?

Also, I know this is really a long shot but I would like to find the Coarse/Fine Loading upgrade kit with the concentric knobs (gray/red).
