[Heathkit] Dry Transfer lettering

Unfortunately dry letter sets go bad with age as they dry out.  None of 
my old ones are good anymore.  In fact they went bad after a year or 
so.  You can make your own slide on decals with the proper slide on 
paper and a computer.
