[Heathkit] OT: Morse code in a California Political ad

Hi All,
The last couple days or so there has been an ad on my local radio
station. The ad is about a "gasoline bill" in the state senate.

But the interesting part of it is the Morse character that they send
between nearly every sentence in the ad. They send the number "3"
(di-di-di-dah-dah) between each sentence, I suppose for emphasis and to
attract attention. The Morse is probably about a 1KHz tone, sent at a
fast rate (may 20WPM?) and I had to listen to the ad a number of times
to make sure what I was hearing.

Also, the last group sent in the ad is 3A (they put an extra di-dah in
the group). . .
