[Heathkit] OT Manual Request - SANGAMO WESTON SCHLUMBERGER Digital Wattmeter

This is a very nice commercially built work bench wattmeter in one of the
generic yellow cabinets with black moveable handle that serves as a stand.  

I can't find any model number.  

It is switchable between 100 and 1000 watts and the input socket is on the
back.

I would like to find a manual for my file.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
