[Heathkit] dx-60 problems

It is probably the Function switch. The B+ is routed through different 
contacts in Tune position vs. AM and CW position. Inspect an clean the 
contacts.  I had this problem. I converted my DX-60A to PTT operation to 
save wear on the switch. The PTT mod requires no drilling and is easily 
reversible.
