[Heathkit] reactivation of a 3-500

Thanks

to all for helpful hints about the reactivation of a 3-500. Two days of
running the tube with filament only did not change the behaviour. Then I
built the test setup of PA0FRI. After a couple of hours the plate current
settled at 400 mA and 38 V. But the plate did not glow with these values!
After insertion of the tube into the linear again the plate current still
increases when I activate the PTT. So probably the tube has drawn really
too much gas or the test setup must be running much longer or it does not
work. I'm still confused.
