[Heathkit] Testing the SB-401's 6AV11

The 6AV11 contains three identical (apart from capacitances) triodes.
So a sanity check on the settings for a tube tester would be that the
voltages set/meter readings expected should be the same for all 3 triodes.
If those are OK, I would compare the setup with those for the 6D10.
This has the same basing at the 6AV11, and also contains 3 identical
triodes (although hi-mu).
I would expect the pin assignments on your tester to be the same for the
6AV11 and the 6D10. And I would expect the settings for each section
of the 6AV11 to be the same.
The only tester I have data for is the IT-17. This uses the same pin
assignments
for the 6AV11 and 6D10; and uses the same voltage settings for each section
of the 6AV11, as you would expect.
