Hi,

I had a peek this afternoon with the unit belly up on the bench in 
pieces. I finally found a chafed spot on an internal wire that was 
sometimes shorting to ground the power bus! When I replaced that I put 
'er back together and cautiously fired 'er up. It's been spewing code 
practice for about an hour with no problems. I have picked it up, turned 
it over and over, squeezed it, shook it. Still spitting out Morse.

Some of those things are in obscure locations but if we stay on it we 
can find and repair.
