[Heathkit] Heathkit Meter

I looked at the Safari I in my 1967 Allied catalog and see that the scale is 
printed differently.  The DB scale is there but no modulation scale and it 
looks like 0-10 instead of 0-5 for a power scale.  So, it is very close but 
not the same but Glen seems to be on the right track saying it is a CB 
meter.

After a GOOGLE image search, I surprisingly found a meter that has the same 
trapezoidal shape as the Heathkit meter on a KNIGHT-KIT Safari I (Roman 
numeral ONE) CB transceiver. Danny W3ZF
