[Heathkit] Replacement electrolytic caps for SB 221

I exclusively use 105C caps for any electrolytic replacement, period. Even low-voltage stuff. They are more robust and last longer. 

I'm experimenting with Nichicon snap-in PC mount HV caps designed for switch mode power supplies for an NCL-2000 rebuild. With a little mounting creativity they can be made to work well. K9SQG wrote an article about using them in Drake amps.
