 They want you to hook to the bias terminal of the lmo. there isn't one, the lmo is solid state on the 102.

According to Chuck Penson's book the answer is yes.  It can be used with the  
SB-101 and SB-102.  It says that you need the SB-640 manual for instructions  
on how to connect it.
