If everyone is in a 'dither' about what is needed on the cables, why not
just use what the manfacturer/engineers recommended.  No need to worry
about stray, distributed capacitance, impedence 'twist', db of loss or
what ever some high priced test equipment can show you.  Use what is in
the manual and should work.
I have: RG-62A/U, Belden 9269 and RG-174/U, Belden 8216 and the RCA plugs
(with long male oontact).  Package of 5ft of RG-62A, 3ft of RG-174 and 6
Plugs.  I do not build them up...$5.75, plus postage to you. (limited
supply)
