[Heathkit] HG-10B dial bezel

I have carefully drilled holes on the backside of the escutcheon making sure not to go all the way through.  Then I have "tapped" the hole for usually a 4-40 machine screw.

double-sticky rubber tape, the kind used for automotive trim pieces. The 
automotive type is better than the household foam tape.
