[Heathkit] Manuals for AR-2 and IM-18

I am trying to locate manuals for the above noted equipment.  I notice a 
number of websites that offer them but after an episode a month or so 
ago, I am very leery since I got hit bad with Trojans and Viruses.  I 
also understand there is a copyright on these manuals and if so who does 
one have to contact?  Thank you for your time.
