[Heathkit] HW-8

I dusted off my old HW-8 today to do a little QRP work. It's been a while,
maybe a couple of years, since I last fired it up. All works beautifully
except it seems to have a little quirk I don't remember from before. I can't
turn down the volume completely. With the RF Gain at max (FCW) and the AF
Gain and minimum (FCC) I still get a loud enough signal to operate with. Now
I'm getting long in the tooth and my hearing is not that good, so it is
likely pretty loud. Has anyone experienced this? I thought I'd ask before
looking. It doesn't hamper the operation of the if at all, but I'd like to
have it working 100% correctly.
