[Heathkit] HW-5400 question

I don't think it could be done easily as the HW-5400 had no facility
for computer control. Given enough time and effort you could probably
add an interface using an external microcontroller. It did have an
optional frequency entry keypad that might make this easier. But it
would not be trivial.
