[Heathkit] HW100 problems

howdy men

I need a copy of the HW100 manual that shows voltage checks. The copy I downloaded has resistance checks but no voltage checks.

Problem I'm having is a maximum of 5 watts of output on all bands. New 6146's and all other tubes check just fine. Receives GREAT on all bands.

bias is set correctly, I have 855 volts on the plates, but I suspect I may have other problems in the final.  I'm pretty sure 5 watts is the 6CL6 driver output. 

Any suggestion will be good
