[Heathkit] Resistor values

My schematic is dated 2-2-68

R103 ??
R105  47
R106 22K 1W
R107 100K
R110 ??
R115 220

R104 is 47 and goes from the cathode of V3 to the junction of R105,
R220 and meter SW-5

R103 and R110 don't seem to appear on the drawing I have.
