[Heathkit] SB 230 Thermal Circuit Breaker

I have a friend that is looking for a replacement for the Thermal 
Circuit Breaker on the Heathkit SB-230 amp.
  It is the one that goes on the heat sink, and the part number is 65-59.
He cannot find the specs on it to possibly make a work-around.
I suspect he could make a work-around with a thermistor plus some parts 
to form a temperature sensitive cutout,
but he doesn't know the cut-out temp of the original part.

Does anybody have a spare one for sale, or any ideas/suggestions??
