[Heathkit] DX-60B Mysteries

Lee, W0VT, solved my DX-60B problems without ever having laid eyes on the 
rig.
I replaced the grid bias supply diode and filter caps with new parts as he 
suggested.
Now the grid-block keying works correctly with the HG-10B and with crystals.

The supply had been recapped sometime in it's history, but the diode was the 
original.
I'm guessing that the diode was not up to par.
