Hmmmm.... You mean everything doesn't have a monetary value?
I just came back from vacation. As far as I can tell, there
is a monetary value to EVERYTHING!! :-)
Actually, this sounds like an interesting business to get
in to! Does anyone have their original Heathkit box laying
around? Just throw a bunch of old parts in the box, enough
to make it rattle, then seal it up with packing tape. Sell
it for $1600, or whatever you can get. Just make sure to
tell the buyer that if they break the seal, all of value
floats out, sort of like smoke, and all they will have is
a box full of old parts. :-)
Aren't there newer-technology kit radios around? I thought
so...
