The SB-303 covers only 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10-meters plus WWV at 15 MHz just like the SB-301.  The SB-313 is the version that covers some SWL bands, but still the same amount of frequencies.

Isn't the SB303 a general courage receiver?

It seems like that would be a factor in making your decision.
