[Heathkit] Heathkit Digest, Vol 109, Issue 24 - HW-101

Past experience with an SB-102 led me through hoops with those "O-Rings" 
on the "pulleys".

Either dried out and/or cracking - no longer gaining traction.

Replacing them resolved a large majority of those issues.
