[Heathkit] Microphone on old Heathkit rigs

Bob,

The one that came with the early SB series was a EV-638 known by Heathkit as the HDP-21A.  The EV-619 replacement became the HDP-121.

For looks I much preferred the HDP-21A to the later models.
