[Heathkit] SB-401 driver tube shield missing

I just did a Google image search for the SB-401.  Found 3 photos with the
shield on the Driver, V9.  It looks to be the spring loaded type shield.

That's a good point. It reminded me that the 6GK6 driver in my Swan 350C is
treated the same. The tube socket has the flange for the shield and whether
it did or didn't come from the factory that way most say remove it since it
is a hot tube. On the other hand, I've read that if there is oscillation in
that stage it might be needed.
