[Heathkit] Aligning SB-401/SB-303 pair (place that does this?)

Hi,

 

I am trying to align an SB-401 transmitter and an SB-303 receiver to work
together smoothly -- hopefully back at 'factory' specs.

 

Does anyone know if that place that use to specialize in doing this in New
York state is still in business (was it 'OTR,' or something?), and if so,
what their name, email address, and telephone number is please?
