Just in case you aren't familiar with it, (most are not,) that IP-22 Dave Haney is selling is a buy.   It's not just an isolation 
transformer.  It's also a 'variable voltage' source, (coarse and fine switches,) and a VTVM-sized expanded voltmeter.

If I didn't already have one, I wouldn't be telling you about it!  :-)
