[Heathkit] Hw100 in need of repair

Along with the usual culprits such as dirty contacts and bad tubes, you might try checking the values of all of the resistors.  My SB-101 had a myriad of troubles due to no less than a dozen resistors which had drifted way high in value.  Replacing these made the radio happy again.
