[Heathkit] MT-1 / MR-1 update.

Howdy.

Been making good progress.  Power Supply has been working fine.  A kind soul
sent me a .PDF of the receiver manual, and the receiver seems to be doing
just fine now.  I have actually used it to copy CW on 40m, 20m and 15m.  

I have received a VFO switch wafer from one list-member, and a whole
transmitter from another.  Some temporary disasters in my life have stopped
the project for a while.  But it isn't anything that will stop it forever.
