If you can't find an HP-20, the HP-23 series will work fine so long as the low B+ is in the 250-volt position and not the 300-volt position.

Subject: [Heathkit] HP 20 power supply
I am interested in an Heathkit HP 20 power supply to power a Heathkit HX 20 mobile transmitter running a single 6146 in the final. The HP 20 is a product of the very early 1960s and designed to power the single 6146 transmitter on CW and SSB.
Anyone have one that they interested in parting with? Condition not critical as long as it has a good power transformer. I would expect to replace diodes and filter capacitors and that is why I say condition not critical except for the power transformer. I had an HX 20 that my wife, K5MOL, and I built in 1962. We also built the HX 20 power supply. Like a dummy, I traded them off in 1966.
I now have another HX 20 and that is why I need the HX 20 power supply. WHAT HAVE YOU?? Thanks and 73, John, K5PGW
