Hi Sandy,
Having the correct voltage at the plate of the relay driver doesn't say
that you have the correct voltage applied to the relay coil. My
grandfather always talked about there being "many a slip twixt cup and
lip". What is the actual voltage applied as measured at the coil
terminals. It may well be okay but measuring it at the driver plate does
not tell you that. Pinched wire? Cracked terminal? Cracked solder joint?
"There's many a slip twixt cup and lip".
Maybe it's just a bad contact as you have already done the measurement
at the final grid.
