[Heathkit] SB-220 tuning cap arcing

I will try and photograph these odd ones I see when I see them. albeit not  
that often.

Having had well over 400  SB-220 thru HL-2200's go thru my hands since it 
was 
introduced for  construction, repairs and 6M conversions Ive probably seen 
more than most.  But that doesnt mean I havent forgot a few things  either.
