Gary,
I saw your e-mail in Heathkit QTH, and I'd like a copy of the TT-1 Tube
Tester article. I don't have a TT-1, wish I did. I have 3 or 4 'other
brands', but none as good as the TT-1
I'd also like to borrow a copies of the:
Heath GDA-405-5 8-channel transmitter manual.
Heath GDA-1205-OG 8-channel transmitter manual.
Heath GDA-505-44 servo manual.
I have a 405 transmitter and receiver, and some servos. I have the
manual for the receiver, GDA-405-2.
I have a plane kit and hope to get it all going soon. Hope the radios
work for me.
Thanks in advance,

Looks like Field Day will be slow this year. I've been ailing a little
and will not participate. I'm improving every day. I have had one eye
cataract removed and can see a lot better.

A good friend of mine, Ron/AB5WG, wrote a great article on his electrical
and cosmetic restoration of a Heathkit TT-1A tube tester which appeared in
the latest issue. Not only does it result in a beautiful specimen, the
article goes into detail on the types of testers and the amazing
capabilities of the TT-1A.
Electric Radio (ER) has given me permission to share the article. If you
want a copy, let me know.
Finally, ER is a wonderful magazine for those of us who appreciate the old
stuff. If you don't subscribe, you should consider a subscription.
