Yes, I think Heath was on the way out of the kit business at that time, but 
I think they bought the rights to offer the AEA PK-232 in the 80's.  The 
cabinet is different than the PK-232, being a light gray color instead of 
the "dark charcoal" of the PK-232, but the mainboard even said AEA, as I 
remember.  Don't hold me to that, as nearing 30 years later, I could be 
wrong about the board labeling.  It was silkscreened as a Heathkit.
