RG-62/U (not RG-602, which I think is a typo) has vastly lower capacitance
per foot than RG-58,
RG-59 or RG-174 and should definitely be used between the SB-610 or SB-620
and the
receiver whose IF is Being tapped. (If you have ever busted a scope probe
that cable can be
used as well.) Also, the shorter the better. This will also minimize the
size of the series capacitor
coupling into the receiver, which should be on the order of 5 pF or less for
an IF of 3 MHz and
somewhere around 12-15 pF for 455 KHz to 1.5 MHz IFs.
