[Heathkit] replacement caps for Heathkit

.22 and .47 are standard values that will work fine and the rest are
standard values in those yellow 400 and 630V film caps.
Search Fleabay for surplus dealers and those values are usually pretty cheap
since there are little requirements. If that fails try Mouser.
