When yer knees and hips gives out you'll have to get it moved "up" so's
you can tune it. W8CC (SK) was a friend of mine and he moved one of his
Hallicrafters transmitters down to his cellar to work on it. It took him
several years to get everything he needed. He couldn't move it back up
to the shack... he couldn't even get to the cellar any more to fix it.
He had *nothing* that needed attention down on the bottom shelf.

That Hallicrafters was HEAVY dragging it up outta there for him (grin).
I was in my 30s at the time.
