[Heathkit] Freq Counter IM2420 Instructions

Hello, 

This may be a simple thing to do, but I would like to do it correctly.
I do not have the manual for the instrument, so if anyone could send me the calibration instructions that would be great.

I have repaired the counter and would love to verify it's accuracy before trusting the calibration. Another Epay device saved from the recycle bin....thanks!!
