[Heathkit] Manual reprints

As Carl suggests this is a good way of doing it.  If you do purchase a good
clear copy of the manual the binding is usually terrible and the pages fall
out and you end up putting them in plastic binder covers anyway, at least
that's been my experience.

As long as the pages are decent I take many manuals to Staples and have the
pages digitized and sharpened and then blow up as needed. Its usually better
and cheaper than the reprinters.
