[Heathkit] DX-100B questions / problems - Fixed

Well, I poked around in there with a scope and found the problem.

As Lee mentioned, the DX-100B has holes drilled for an SB-10
interface kit. That kit was installed in mine when I got it. Part
of the installation must have involved breaking the RF circuit
between the lower-level and higher-level RF circuits, so that it
could be re-routed to the SB-10 via two SO-239 connectors on the back
apron. If you have no SB-10, and you have installed the kit,
apparently you have to install a coax jumper between those two SO-239's.

Installed that jumper and it seems to work OK for the most part... I
get 125-130 watts out on 160 thru 40, then it gets a little anemic
(under 100 watts out on 20 and about 70 watts on 15), then it doesn't
work at all on 11 or 10. But, that's OK, I have no interest in
operating it above 40 meters anyway, at least not now, and sometime
between now and whenever I do get an interest, I'll figure out what's
wrong and fix it.
