[Heathkit] Running the HX-10 Marauder outside its cabinet

It is true that TVI isn't an issue in reality.
The Mohawk, Apache, and Marauder all used the same cabinet. The Apache
and Marauder have shielded enclosures for the PA.
I don't know if the DX-100 cabinet is the same or not.
However, I suspect that the rack would perform adequate RFI enclosure duty.
The only issues I have run across regarding RFI in the last number of
years has been ONE squawk from someone in the neighborhood that happened
to hear me through their portable telephone.
I pointed out that it was subject to Part 15, and therefore interference.
That ceased the grumbling.
