You didn't ask me in particular, but Hayseed Hamfest ( 
www.hayseedhamfest.com ) sells "kits" for the SB-610, HO-10, etc.  It has 
all the capacitors you need, including the HV one you mentioned and for a 
few bucks more, he has a kit of the resistors that most often fail.  Tom, 
N0JMY, is a great guy to work with and his prices seem fair to me.  I think 
also if you look at Mouser's line, they have that HV cap in polystyrene at 2 
kv, but close in value.  Either way you should be able to find one.
