[Heathkit] HW100 final load cap

Yes, given the fact that the final caps in mine sometimes arc if they 
get dust in them.  Recently I sprayed some contact cleaner into a small 
AC motor to clean the brushes. I didn't let it all evaporate before I 
powered it up.  The result was a small fireball, quite impressive.
