It's more than one bill and it's much more than "supposedly".

The two bills in Congress are driven by the movie and recording industries 
, and will   allow/mandate the *removal from the web*, of sites found to be 
illegally publishing works they don't own.

Like BAMA does every day....

It's worth some looking at and perhaps a call to one's congress-critters.
