I might add, I recently purchased two 40 meter crystals from him I had made 
up for 7160 Khz.  With shipping,  I paid $31.80 US.  This should give you a 
better picture of cost if you make a purchase.  Vincent does take Paypal for

You can have Vincent Jakomin in the UK  (IQ Electronic Design) grind real
HC-6/U crystals for you to your frequency for around $10 each or just
slightly higher and the postage for one crystal would be around $7 or $8.
Vincent needs around two weeks  to produce your crystals.  These are not
some Asian small crystal stuffed in an old FT-243 holder to appear to be a
FT-243 crystal which will chirp and burn out in many rigs.  HC-6/U crystals
can handle almost as much current as a real FT-243 crystal.  Vincent also
sells used crystals too for a much lower price.  He is a good guy selling

Buying a bunch of them will lower your shipping charges per crystal.
