[Heathkit] Output blocking cap for DX-100B

I'm having trouble locating a suitable replacement for the .001uf 2 
KV blocking capacitor in the DX-100B output circuit.  Seems like an 
axial lead mica capacitor will fit better but all I can find is 
radial lead ceramics, which I'll use if I have to.  Any ideas?
