[Heathkit] Update (was DX-100B on Phone - bad audio distortion /oscillation)

The DX-100 chassis is also steel.  However, it was copper plated.

I did try that, no output.

The DX-100B went to a steel chassis and I don't have a soldering iron 
big enough to solder to that.  I did loosen and retighten the screws 
holding the shield down.  I could go buy a bigger iron... I suppose I 
should have one of those anyway.
