I said something like: `Switch to XTAL W/O any crystal, operate and work the plate tune and
loading, ANY power in to your test load means it is osculating.' A positive test!
And: `The driver|PA shield must make good electrical connection to the chassis and a lack
thereof will result in osculation.' (I had to solder the shield down in my DX-100 because it
osculated until I soldered it down and both are copper plated.)
